  Like two distinct voices whispering in either ear, historic preservation and green building have always had contrasting agendas. What's new can't be old and what's old can't be new. So they say. 209 North Gregson Street bridges the past to the future — while celebrating the importance of both. It is a beautiful balance of preservation and sustainability.

We're excited to share some of the thinking that went into the space in the slideshow below. Our Flickr page has some additional images.   Storefront. FLOR™ carpet uses recycled content. The view from the loft.  
  Reclaimed wood is good — and good for you, too. Our floors have seen it all. Highly aesthetic, rapidly renewable resources are evident in opur space.
